He is a sought after speaker and frequent blogger who has been ranked a top 10 global big data influencer. His work, including several years as Chief Analytics Officer for Teradata, has spanned clients in a variety of industries for companies ranging in size from Fortune 100 companies to small non-profit organizations. Kavita Thekkakara is a business results-driven IT professional with 18 years of BI experience in strategy, development, execution, and operations in CPG. Kavita is the Director of Global BI Solutions at Coty Inc. and is based in NYC.
Coty is one of the world’s leading beauty companies with approximately $9 billion in revenue and an iconic portfolio of leading brands that include Calvin Klein, Cover Girl, Marc Jacobs, Gucci, OPI, Rimmel and Philosophy.
Peter manages Equifax’s business relationships with institutional investors and investment banks. Equifax’s Capital Markets Group provides analytic data tools and solutions, leveraging Equifax data to improve investor transparency for risk and valuation purposes. Prior to joining Equifax in 2009, Peter worked for ten years at Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services evaluating Auto loan and RMBS transactions. Peter also managed the client relationships for the Letter of Credit and Synthetics practices of Standard & Poor’s Structured Finance Group.
Peter holds a MBA from Fordham University and a BA from Colgate University.
Erin channels 12 years’ experience in CPG sales and analytics into innovative approaches to solve today’s complex business problems. She is currently focused on Dollar General as part of The Clorox Company’s Category Management team. Her unique perspective in Category Management stems from spending the majority of her career in customer facing sales roles to the retail, manufacturer and distributer sides of the CPG industry. Prior to her current role, she held multiple sales and category roles with Anheuser-Busch Inbev and has expertise in the Dollar, Grocery and Convenience Store Channels.
Ram is the CEO and Founder of PeerIQ. Previously, Ram was the CIO of Winged Foot Capital an investment advisor responsible for managing alternatives investments in structured credit including ABS, CMBS, RMBS, and CLOs.
Previously, Ram was a Senior Vice President at Bank of America-Merrill Lynch and member of the Cards & Deposits executive management team responsible for investment decisioning a $120Bn credit portfolio. Prior to this role, Ram was a Vice President at the Merrill Lynch Global Bank Group.
Ram received a B.A. in Economics-Philosophy from Columbia University and is a CFA charterholder.

Shelley was employed by Eurpac in May 1999. She has served as Account Executive within marketing (1999), Retail Point of Sale Data Manager (2001), and Director of Business Intelligence (2008). Prior to Eurpac, Shelley was employed by Memory Co. as a Marketing/IT Manager.
Shelley graduated with honors from the University of Hawaii (BA 1996), with a major in marketing.
After eight years as a Navy spouse, Shelley now resides in Lantana, TX with her husband Tim and their two children, Isabella and Marissa.
After graduating with honors from the United States Air Force Academy, he served in fighter & bomber operations, information management, cyber warfare as well as a variety of assignments in Washington, DC. He retired from military service as a Major General in August, 2013. Mike was awarded the Air Force Distinguished service medal for his 37 years in uniform.
In 1993, Mike transferred from active duty to USAF reserves and started his career with Eurpac. Since joining Eurpac, Mike has served in a variety of leadership roles in field operations, retail headquarters service, information services and supply chain management.
He also serves on the advisory board of American Fallen Soldiers Project, CIO Magazine and the CIO Executive Council. He is a member of The Armed Forces Marketing Council, The Air Force Academy Association of Graduates, The Harvard Club of Dallas, The Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association and the Society for Information Managers. HE has served on the Board of the American Logistics Association.
Mike is one CIO Magazine’s 2017 inductees to their CIO “Hall of Fame.”
Mike and his wife Pam live in Las Colinas, Texas. Their daughter Kelley is a homebuilder in Virginia Beach, VA. Their son Tom and his family are in England, where Tom serves as a physician and Major in the United States Air Force.
As a leader in Category Management, Jennifer has spent over 20 years in the CPG industry turning data into actionable insights for both manufacturers and retail partners. Currently, Jennifer leads the Dollar General Category Management team for The Clorox Company. Prior to joining The Clorox Company, Jennifer held data analytic roles at Mars Petcare, Ansira and Frito-Lay.
An established leader in Retail Analytics, Alicia has spent the last 10 years leveraging data and BI to deliver actionable insights. She currently leads Rite Aid’s Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) Analytics team, focusing on targeted marketing initiatives and the Wellness+ with Plenti loyalty program. Prior to joining Rite Aid, Alicia developed analytical solutions to support Store Operations and Loss Prevention initiatives for Dollar General.
