1010data Rates High in Customer Experience and BI Success
NEW YORK, NY - October 17, 2012 - 1010data, Inc., a market leader in the analyzing, managing and sharing of Big Data, today announced its inclusion in the new Gartner survey, Survey Analysis: Customers Rate Their BI Platform Vendors, 2012.* The report is based on customer responses to questions on the business intelligence market, responses that were also used in developing Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Business Intelligence Platforms.
In the Gartner survey, 1010data rated high in overall customer sales and product experience, view of vendors’ future, and overall BI success and business benefit.

Key highlights from the survey include:
- Overall Customer Experience – This rates vendors and products on two dimensions: Customer sales experience (sales process and relationships) and customer product experience (product quality and support). 1010data placed well in both dimensions.
- Satisfaction With Vendors, Change in Future Outlook and Average Business Benefit – This rates vendors on three dimensions: View of vendor future (within the customer firm), overall BI Success (a composite rating for product capabilities, support, sales experience, product quality and performance), and business benefit achieved. 1010data placed well in all three dimensions.
- Support and Software Quality – 1010data placed well in both these dimensions.
According to Gartner, the survey details business intelligence customer experiences with 33 vendors based on a survey used in its “Magic Quadrant for Business Intelligence Platforms.” It compares vendors based on sales, support and product capabilities as well as effective support of business success criteria.
